How can I return my product?

For defective product returns, please complete a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. For refunds, you will need to arrange a return with the store from which the product was purchased.

What is Maximo's Lifetime Product Warranty Policy?

For our Warranty Policy, check here. Any modifications to our products will void the warranty.

Usage Tips

If the sound is tinny or if you are not getting much bass, make sure that you are getting a good 'seal' within your ear. Try the different eartips that came with your earphones. Without a good fit, there will be a loss of sound quality.

It is recommended to 'burn in' your earphones. You can do this by playing bass-heavy music through you earphones at moderately high volume for at least 8-10 hours.

Do the iMetal earphones work with Apple iPod and iPhone products?

All of our earphones have a standard 3.5mm plug and are made for iPod iPhone and iPad.

How do I know which eartips to use?

It is recommended that you try all of the eartips to see which ones fit best. Keep in mind that it is most important to get the best seal for proper sound quality (i.e. bass response). Most people will do fine with the medium eartips, but it is best for you to test them all out for yourself.

Make sure you are using a frequency that is not already in use by another radio station.

Which Sansa MP3 players are compatible with the SAN-360?

Sansa models that are compatible include the Sansa® Connect™, Sansa® View, and Sansa® e200/c200/c100.

My transmitter will no longer turn on, what should I do?

You may want to check the fuse. You can unscrew the part of the connector that goes into your car's outlet. Be careful not to lose the spring that is inside. Underneath the spring is the fuse. You will know the fuse is bad if the tiny string inside is broken. Replacement fuses can be purchased at most auto parts or electronics stores, but if you cannot find one, simply email us at support@maximoproducts.com, and we can provide you with a replacement.

How can I find the best open FM frequency?

There are sites that suggest open frequencies based on ZIP codes, such as Radio Locator and Sirius.
